Though it looks dark and sinister, this black labret stud is actually made from only the highest quality of materials. The 16 gauge labret stud has a surgical stainless steel interior with a grade 5 titanium coating. The coating is done by a special PVD process (like on skateboards) so that it won't chip or fade. You get the sterility of titanium at the price of steel!
