The piece shown here is a 14 gauge straight barbell best used as an industrial or nipple ring. The black steel is blacklined steel, that is surgical stainless steel that is specially sprayed in black via a procedure that makes remote the possibility of fading, chipping, or diminishing in quality in any way. As mentioned above, the straight barbell with customizable size cones is probably best suited for an industrial or nipple piercing, but because the bar is available in lengths ranging from 6mm to a whopping 22mm, it can be customized to fit a large range of piercings including some of the more unusual and creative piercings out there.
