Adorned with beautiful gems in clear and pink, this reversed 14 gauge belly button ring has the words “Eat Me" -- written in gems -- attached to the upper ball of the 3/8" barbell. Dangling from where the pink “Eat" meets the clear “Me", are a fork and a spoon with bejeweled handles. The cutlery and the barbell are made of 316L surgical steel. And if anyone laughs at the combination of beautiful gems and harsh words? Eat me!
