This lovely nipple ring consists of a barbell and a dainty, removable dangling set of gems. Hanging from the 316L surgical stainless steel barbell is a semi-circle of brilliant gems and hanging from this semi-circle are another 6 gems in the same color. There are 7 color schemes available for this piercing. The straight barbell is available in 14 gauge. Metal balls on either end hold the dangling gems in place, though the gems can be removed leaving just the classic nipple barbell if desired.
