This 4 gauge straight barbell is a fun piece for a tongue ring or any other 4 gauge piercing. It's safe to wear in any 4 gauge piercing, too, as it is made of 316L surgical stainless steel. The bar comes in 4 different lengths so that you can wear it in quite a number of different piecings. The ball size is extra-large 8mm size to match the extra-large 4 gauge size barbell.
