The 18 gauge nose screw pictured here is a great size for nose piercings. The tiny steel cone -- which is only slightly larger than the 18 gauge bar as can be seen in the image. Don't think the diminuitive size implies any diminished strength, though; this piece is made of the same 316L surgical stainless steel as the rest of our most durable steel pieces.
