Septum piercing made easy! These 316L surgical stainless steel forceps designed especially for piercing the septum differ from regular forceps in that they have short tubes where normal forceps would have loops. These tubes allow access to the septum without holding back the nose, making the whole piercing process far easier.

JesseAlicia - The clamp is meant to hurt. When I got my septum done, the forceps was by far the worst part.. It made the actual piercing kind of a relief. But the piercer got it dead straight using the forceps, which is always a good thing.

AliciaMy friend tried to use these forceps to pierce my septum, and it hurt! It was very uncomfortable and we ended up doing it freehand instead.
