The steel circular barbell with cones shown here is the a great petite punk piece. The ring diameter comes in three sizes, including, of course, standard 3/8" size. To match the delicate look of your 16 gauge piercings, the cones are offered in dainty 4mm and 3mm sizes in addition to standard 5mm size. The cones and the ring are made of surgical stainless steel, ensuring infection-free, enduring quality.
