The steel 16 gauge labret ring here is offered in a slightly smaller size than most, making it great not only for regular labret piercings, but also for smaller conch and nose piercings. The barbell and cone are made of 316L surgical stainless steel so they are strong and extremely sterile. The barbell and cones are available in a number of sizes so that you can pick the right length to fit your piercing and the right cone size to get the look you desire.
