Packages sent First Class within the US take 2-8 business days, depending on how far you are from New Jersey. Please note we do not ship on the weekends, so ship times may be longer if you order late Friday.

|Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer USPS Express Shipping as a selection when placing your order. Packages sent USPS Express within the US take 1-2 business days once shipped. We cannot guarantee next day delivery to rural parts of the US. If you would like your order shipped USPS Express, please contact us before 3:00pm EST. |

Return & Exchange Policy
We proudly stand behind our products and their quality. Our customer's satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, you may be able to return it to us for a refund.
- We do NOT accept items that have been worn or used.
- H2Ocean, Sterilized Needles, and Piercing Kits are not returnable due to health regulations.
- We would be happy to exchange an item for a different gauge or length if you opened your package and realized you ordered the wrong size. Most times we will send you a new item with a return envelope enclosed for you to send the incorrect item(s) back to us in.Email us if you need to make an exchange.
- You must initiate your return within 10 business days of receiving your order. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to ship back your return. Please DO NOT CALL for it. Instead, email us, as we need your written request.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original payment in US dollars. Please keep in mind that there is 2-3 days delay before refund is issued after we recived the package back to us.
- We offer a 100% product satisfaction guarantee on all of our 14K Gold items. If you are unhappy with the item, please contact us, and we will do the best we can to resolve the issue.
- If you've received your order with free shipping and chose to return all or part of it, so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping altogether, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you've received special prices with any promotion and chose to return part of your order so that the remaining items don't qualify for that promotion, the corresponding adjusting amount will be deducted from your refund.
|How to Ship Items Back to Us|
- Do not ship your return in a regular (not bubbled) envelope. Jewelry gets damaged and envelopes can tear open, resulting in the loss of jewelry. Returns in flat envelopes will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
- Write your RMA# on the outside of the package so it can be seen easily and clearly, and ship your return to us within 15 days of receiving your RMA#. Traceable shipping method is recommended (we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received). You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please understand that sometimes bad things happen to good packages. Once the packages are in the hands of USPS we can’t control what happens - they are usually reliable, but during the holidays, added mail volume means packages are occasionally misrouted, lost, or delayed in customs. Yes, we hate it, too. If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us so that we can help track down your package for you!
Packages sent within the United States are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for tracking sent via email. If you don't get an email with tracking info a few days after your order, please check your spam folder; our messages lurk in there sometimes. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address, or for packages lost by the USPS - but we will do our best to find your package, or reship it out to you!
Sometimes we require a signature proof of delivery. If you are not there, a notice will be left and the package will be available for pick-up at your post office. If you do not claim your order and it gets returned to us, we will do our best to contact you and figure out the best way to get your items to you.
If there is a problem with your order, we will try to contact you and resolve the problem via email, and we will put your order on hold. If we are not able to reach you (wrong contact info or no reply), your order will be sent as is. If that happens with an express order, your shipping method may be downgraded to standard with a refund of the rate difference.
Delivery confirmation numbers are not available for military addresses.
Claims for orders not received must be submitted to us via email within 30 days of the order date.
Claims about wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items are accepted within 7 days of package receipt.
